Burn It To The Ground Chapter One

Hey Guys! Remember a journal I wrote a while back about a series? Well, I decided to do it!! (I may animate it too.) Anyway, this was based on a story I was told when I was little about 3 dogs who ALWAYS went on adventures. But, I decided to base it on one 'adventure'. Enjoy<3

"Oh thats absolutely MAGNIFICENT!"
"Is it Chenelle?"
"No- it looks like Dolce and Gabbana!"
Miffy sat proudly as she modeled her new coat her owner had just purchased a few days ago.
"You are right, Donna, it is Dolce and Gabbana." Darlene, Miffy's owner, replied to her gushing friend.
"Ooh! It is amazing! How much was it?" Darlene's other friend,Gwen, said in awe.
"Only 1,020 dollars! It may have been more that I excpected,
but it's worth it for my little girl!"
While Darlene and her friends giggled and gushed over other things, Miffy decided it was time for a sprint outside. She slowly jumped down from her 100% leather and silk bed and trotted outside.
She approached the steps, looking down worriedly. Since she was only 4 months old, she wasn't used to getting down steps. On the first step, she slowly put her front paws down, then it was on. She leapt down the steps quickly and landed sucsessfully on the patio infront of her house. "Phew." She huffed.
Miffy trotted carelessly across her freshly cut spring green grass toward her favorite sunning spot- beside the pool. She leapt up into her big pink chair and sighed with satisfaction," This is the life..." Suddenly, she heard a crackling noise. Miffy sat up, looking around. he noise was coming from the fence! She ran over there, sniffing.
"Hello?" The little poodle barked at the fence.
Suddenly, Miffy was standing next to a boxer pup, who looked to be about 5 or 6 months old. "Who are you?" She barked, sniffing the newcomer. "My name is Bowser!" The little boxer chirped, wagging his stumpy tail.
"Who are you?"
"I'm Miffy!"
"Oh, nice to meet you!" Bowser yelped cheerfully.
"Do you want to go for a walk?" Miffy said, moitioning toward the gate exit.
"Sure." Bowser replied, heading toward the exit. Miffy dug a hole under the fence, sliding through it swiftly. Bowser tried sliding through the hole, but became stuck. "Ummpphh!" Bowser grunted. Miffy giggled," Here, let me help." She grabbed his paws in her mouth, pulling. When she got him out, they both stumbled backward. "Lets go!" The two puppies took down the road.
When they got a little way down the road,they slowed down to a trot. "Whew! I'm tired already!" Bowser giggled. "Me too!" Miffy agreed." They walked a little more until they came to a old trailer with junk infront of it. "GET OUT AND STAY OUT, YOU STUPID DOG!" Miffy and Bowser heard from inside. They looked at each other in surpirise. Then, a loud yelp sounded from inside. A old man walked out a few seconds later, followed by a fat puppy with scars on its body, including a fresh cut that was gushing blood. "AND STAY OUT!" The man screeched, slamming the door behind him. The puppy whimpered, jumping down from the trailer's, what looked like, a homemade porch.
"Are you okay?" Miffy barked from across the yard. The puppy looked up in surprise and limped over toward the other 2 dogs. "Get away!" The puppy hissed in a whisper," You don't want to end up like me! If he finds you, he will slowly kill you, like he's doing to me, and he did to my mother!" "First, before we leave, who are you?" \
"My name is Blacky. I am 7 months old." Blacky said, wincing as he talked. "Come with me." Miffy said, barking quietly.
Blacky looked hesitant, but nodded,"Okay." Then, suddenly, the puppy fell silently to the ground, blood still gushing from his wound.
"What are you gonna do with him?" Bowser asked curiously.
"I'll take him to my owner, Darlene. She can probably do something! Now come on, lets go."
Miffy motioned for Bowser to grab the puppy.He dug his teeth into the puppy's neck and began dragging him toward Miffy's home." Or... I hope Darlene can do something..."
